This 8-week virtual group is for anyone who grew up feeling like their parents didn’t truly see or understand them. You may have already done a lot of work on making sense of your experiences, but now you need to know how to take care of the parts of you that were impacted by your childhood. This group will help you learn to nurture your inner child, practice self-compassion, and grow in joy and play!
