Healing the Parent Wound Group
Meet 10 weeks virtually
This 10-week virtual group is for anyone who grew up feeling like their parents didn’t truly see or understand them. Based on themes from the book Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents, this group will help you make sense of your experiences, let go of old patterns, and feel more in control of your life. Through meaningful discussions and practical skills, you’ll learn how to set healthy boundaries, take care of your emotional needs, and build stronger relationships.
